Since our organisation is self-funded and operates only through book sales and courses, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)

All digital purchases—such as eBooks, PDFs, guides, or downloadable files—are non-refundable.

Once a digital file is delivered, it cannot be:

returned
exchanged
refunded
This is because digital items cannot be “taken back” after delivery.

2. Printed Books (Physical Copies)

If the book is purchased through a third-party platform like:

Amazon (KDP)
Gumroad physical shipping
Any printer platform
then the refund and return policies of that platform apply.
We do not handle physical book returns directly.

3. Accidental Purchases

If you made a duplicate or accidental purchase, contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the issue.

However, for digital files already delivered, refunds may not be possible.

4. Payment Issues (Failed payments, double charge)

If a payment fails or a double charge happens, the payment gateway (Gumroad, Razorpay, Stripe, or Amazon) usually resolves it automatically.

If not, write to us with:

payment receipt
transaction ID
email used for purchase
We will coordinate with the payment provider to fix the issue.

5. No Donations Policy

Since we do not accept donations or external funding:

all payments on the website are strictly for books or courses

refunds are issued only for genuine purchase issues, not for contributions or offerings
